Consultation Times

Consultations are normally by appointment, but we will deal with genuine emergencies at any time. Consultations are usually 15 minutes, and we endeavour to provide same day appointments.

In an Emergency

Outside of our normal opening hours, we provide an emergency service for our clients, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. To obtain this service, please telephone the practice on the usual number, which will provide you with the information necessary to contact the duty veterinary surgeon. Please listen carefully to the recorded message and remember that if urgent treatment is required, it may involve taking your pet to a different practice, from the one normally used.
